Types of Licenses at SRTIP

SRTIP Business Setup and Residence Visa Process

How to Obtain a UAE Residency Visa Through an SRTIP License
If you want to apply for a UAE residence visa through your SRTIP company, the process includes the following steps:
- We begin by applying for the company establishment card, which is usually issued within a few working days.
- We complete the e-channel registration, which is mandatory for free zone company formation in Sharjah.
- We submit your e-visa application, which is required either for entry into the UAE or for an in-country status change.
- If you are outside the UAE, you must enter before the e-visa expires and share the stamped copy with us. If you are already inside the UAE, a change of status will be arranged with our assistance.
- We guide you through the medical test process, including a blood test and chest x-ray.
- Your biometrics, including fingerprints, photograph, and signature, will be completed at a government center.
- If needed, we can also assist you in selecting a suitable health insurance package.
- The final step before Emirates ID issuance is the visa approval stage. An urgent service may be available for faster processing, subject to SRTIP authority approval.
- Once completed, your Emirates ID will be issued.

- Latest UAE entry stamp or visit visa copy
- Residence visa copy and Emirates ID of shareholder(s) and manager(s), if they are UAE residents

- Passport size photo of the shareholder(s) and manager(s)

- Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA)
- Trade license of the existing company
